If you wish to complain about the goods, we will ask you to send the goods to the address indicated in the form (here is the form to download), which you will enclose in the package together with the goods.
When taking over the goods that we take over, the goods must meet all conditions.
The product must be in its original condition – it must have all tags, it must not be washed, it must not be ironed, it must not be worn. If the goods do not meet these points, they will be returned to you.
If all conditions are met, we will claim the goods and the money will be returned to your account, it is important to fill out the form.
You are entitled to return goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.
Please send the package by registered mail to the address specified in the form, otherwise it will not be accepted. Attach the form to the package together with the goods to be returned.
Money for returned goods will be returned to you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Packeta: Send the goods to the address indicated in the return form (our e-shop does not provide a code for returning goods via Packet, the customer pays for the return at his own expense).
If you would like to exchange the goods, we will ask you to send the goods to the address indicated in the form, which you will enclose in the package together with the goods for exchange.
